Booking a transfer with us is easy! You can book directly through our website by filling out our online booking form with your trip details. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team via phone or email, and they’ll be happy to assist you with your booking.
What types of vehicles do you offer for transfers?
We offer a range of vehicles to suit your needs, including sedans, SUVs, vans, and luxury vehicles. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a group, or require special accommodations, we have the perfect vehicle to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
What safety measures do you have in place for transfers?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking with us, subject to our cancellation policy. We understand that travel plans can change, so we offer flexible options for cancellations and modifications. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact our customer service team for more information on our cancellation policy and any applicable fees.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
In case the passenger wishes to change or cancel a reservation made according to their request, they must do so in writing (via email or mail). A change is considered to be a change in the number of people or the start and/or end dates of the service usage no later than 12/24 hours before the start of the service usage. The first reservation change, if possible without additional costs, will be made free of charge. For each subsequent reservation change, change fees of 15 EUR per change will apply. If a reservation change is not possible and the passenger cancels the confirmed reservation as a result, the specified reservation cancellation terms will apply.
